@Woiyo9,
I guess that would be harder for you Chief...getting the arrow in your mouth then pulling back on the bow backwards and all....

@Bi-Polar Bear,
Don't have to. I hire stains like you to do that kind of work for me.

@Woiyo9,
buddy that's not necessary. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would do the job for free.

@cjhsa,
Well, according to Steve Johnson's firearms blog, the website you got the photo from,

Quote:
Lots of custom M14 rifles
H2O MAN, a reader of this blog, has lots of photos of his M14 collection at his website.

And according to H2OMan's Athen's Water Company site:

Quote:
M14 HOMELAND DEFENSE WEAPONS

The MK14 and M14 EBR are both capable of meeting and even exceeding the needs of the Designated Marksman as long as the DM has true rifleman skills.

Again there are two definitions of "assault weapon", a functional and a political definition. The political definition is basically just anything which rises much over about an eight on a scale of one to ten for looking scary to demoKKKrats. All three of the weapons pictured would qualify.

The functional definition means something light, easy to carry around, easy to carry lots of ammo around for, just big enough to take an adversary out of the battle, and sufficiently low recoil for rapid and fairly accurate follow-on shots. Closest thing in the world to that to my thinking would be the little lever-action Henry rifle in 22WMR:

That's basically a $350 item on gunbroker.com all day long, generally used for turkeys, coyotes, groundhogs, crows etc., and Barack Oinkbama and the demoKKKrats will probably want to ban it along with ammo for it.

I just don't get why peoples dicks are so hard for all these rifles... they're expensive as hell and the chances of you using one to defend yourselves one day is slim. I understand hobbies and if you can afford this one good for you...but quit jerking off to them for God's sake.

If someone comes in my home with bad intentions...a shotgun sawed off to the legal limit aimed in their general direction will probably kill them if loaded with big enough shot and they're not that expensive. If someone comes in my house I want to kill them first shot and be done with it so I can get back to sleep.

@Bi-Polar Bear,
Unlike stocks or cars, guns rarely if ever lose value, unless you wear them out. So I don't understand how they are "expensive".
