i have fish in my tank and i see little white dots on my water filter tube is that fish eggs.

That's not much to go off of, and it could be anything (even air bubbles) so you'd have to give more information (e.g. a clear picture would help) to get a definitive answer.

You don't specify what kind of fish you have but here are some pictures of goldfish eggs:
