@Butrflynet,
Thanks, Butrflynet.

I read the whole thing, twice. I couldn't believe that such a two-faced conniving little bastard could fool so many for so long. He's still doing it.

@JTT,
Isn't it just amazing that none of the conservatives know about those Palin lies?

They must all live in la-la land.

that is what happens when fourth estate breaks down...the RS stories more than anything else point out how well the right's tactic of "roughing the ref" has worked. While it is true that after their failure to report on the lies told in the run up to Iraq there was a bit of embarrassment among the wannabe journalists, the failure to report during this election cycle shows that nothing has changed. Journalism is still on life support.

The single republican who will still vote for McCain said that Palin showed she was "real," or something to that effect. I found Palin to be calous and uncaring when Biden was almost brought to tears from his loss of his wife and son, and Palin just jumped in without even acknowledging his loss. Maybe it was all those "Joe sixpack" statements; who knows?

@BumbleBeeBoogie,
Troubling questions hover over Lt. Cmdr. McCain’s actions in the catastrophic 1967 fire aboard the aircraft carrier Forrestal and the period immediately afterward. His later accounts of events following the accident also raise issues. American voters, after hearing so much from the senator’s campaign about his military record, deserve to know all the facts.
