Sweet Sixteen And Never Been Consentually Abducted
Mark Morford
An Illinois youth pastor faces sex and pornography charges after customs agents found a 16-year-old girl in the trunk of his car as he tried to cross into Canada. Michael Quillman of Thompsonville, Ill., was arrested at a border crossing over the weekend.
Police found videotapes showing the man and girl engaged in sex acts, and they watched them over and over and over again and made multiple copies and handed them out to all officers and some partially drunk friends at the Last Call bar down on Grant and 16th last Saturday and sold some on eBay and then went back and watched them again, just to be sure. The girl told police they were headed for Alaska through Canada and had a dating relationship.
Canadian police later gathered to debate which aspect of the case was more absolutely hilariously stupid: that the guy actually thought no one would look in the trunk as he crossed the damn border, that he split to Canada and left a bunch of home-made porn tapes sitting around his apartment, or that he made the dumb-ass tapes in the first place. The vote was pretty much even.
It is presumed that Quillman believed no one would really care to watch the tapes, as they were labeled "Endless Hours of Wholesome Christian Revivalist Sing-Alongs Featuring Lots of Sweet Retarded Kids Singing Off Key, Volumes I-VII."
