@Miz Cowdoc,
Yes, you did, Miz Cowdoc, 9-5 vs 7-7.
Well, I managed to get 19 of the 20 of us in on the Thursday night game. 16 of us picked all the way through the weekend. 3 of us picked tonight's game with the promise to come back in a day or so. And then there was Rockhead.
10 of us have Denver tonight. 9 go for Cleveland.

@Miz Cowdoc,
23-13 Cleveland ahead, third quarter - Brady Quinn doing well, apparently, which is good, even though I picked Denver.

I'm signing out though.. book to read.

@realjohnboy,
It should have been 9 Denver, 10 Cleveland. I intended to take the Browns because Brady Quinn was starting and Denver has zero pass defense. But I typed what I typed. My fubar.

@Rockhead,
Yes, I did miss that pick at the bottom of pg 41. Nice mis-typing, Cowdoc. So we did split evenly at 10-10 and Denver won with a strong 4th Q.
By the way, yall, I did see a post by Cowdoc on one of the political threads saying that he was a candidate Tuesday for his county Board of Commissioners. How did that turn out?

@realjohnboy,
RJB, I would like to change my pick in the Bill/Pats game. I don't think Buffalo will pull it off.

@realjohnboy,
I was unopposed again, and barely managed to squeak out a win. This was the first time I ran as a Republican, as the first three times I was elected as an Independent. I announced my affiliation in St. George, Utah last May. I said at the time that I had told people for years that I wasn't a Republican, but I was saving up to be one. I guess I finally got far enough ahead to qualify.

@CowDoc,
"Saving up to be a Republican." Great line. This is strictly a non-political thread. But, Cowdoc, what was the vote count? And if it came out to 4000 to 1, will you be eying Mis Cowdoc suspiciously? I tried to do a Google search by the way. No luck.
