"Watashi wa Toruko ni itta koto ga arimasen. Nihon dewa, soccer no Ilhan ga yumei desu. Istanbul wa utsukushii machi to kiiteimasu. Zehi ichido ittemitaito omoimasu."
Need above sentence translated my MSN friend sent this I know some words but I can't make any sense of it. İlhan is a name so is İstanbul, soccer is obvious
Thank you........................
My Japanese is really bad, because we don't use it anymore; my parents-in-law used to live with us until they passed on, and even then my Japanese was half-arse. Here's my best shot:
"Watashi wa (I) Toruko ni itta koto ga arimasen (have never been to Toruko). Nihon dewa (in Japan), soccer no Ilhan ga yumei desu (soccer is a dream). Istanbul wa utsukushii machi (Istanbul village is radiant) to kiiteimasu (have heard) . Zehi ichido ittemitaito omoimasu. (would like to visit once to see, I think)"
@cicerone imposter,
Thank you, much appreciated.
