@littlek,
Nope, it's been making its rounds on the net. I found it here:

Suicide, I hope. Since I inevitably have to die one way or the other, I prefer to do it on my own terms.

I will die at 102 in a hot tub surrounded by seven beautiful nude college girls. I don't see THAT on your chart.

@Robert Gentel,
I always figured I'd fall into an open manhole but I don't see those much any more. Tripping is still a good bet for me, so, Pedestrian Accident.
Like Thomas, suicide when the time comes, if I can figure out how to do it by eating chocolate bars and falling asleep. Or, wait, I can figure out some better food.

@ossobuco,
Last I heard no one ever succumbed to eating chocolate. I once ate 5 chocolate bars and fell asleep. The next day I felt like **** but I was still very much alive.

@NickFun,
But hey, didn't they name a cake "Death by Chocolate"? Or maybe it was a movie. I'm easily confused.

Thinking, it's one of those chocolate box things filled with mousse... (ooh, this is getting lascivious).

Heart disease baby. Runs in my family and I am doing nothing to stop it. I wonder if that could be considered suicide?

It could be considered a lot of things, none of them good.
C'mon man, do something about it.
I know that they say only the good die young, but don't bet on it.

@George,
This wonderful subject of this thread is being saturated to the low ebb of commercial cum compassionate conservative comments.
Call me a dog and shoot me with your WMD.

I was hoping for "quietly during sleep of old age and natural causes" but I don't see that on the diagram.

I'll probably die of cancer like the other 1 in 7.
