This has probably been addressed already, but I would like a simple way to delete an incorrect tag in 'my tags' or one that I didn't think about before I entered it and then retag the thread just so I could neaten up stuff better. Another small thing but would be useful for me so again I presume it might be useful for others.

I'd like to have the "Reply to All" button also at the bottom of the page. That way I do not need to scroll all the way back up to the top and lose my thought.

Or, maybe a quicklink to go back to top of the page.

A simple fix I'd think.

@McGentrix,
Check the upper right-hand corner of your screen, right next to the arrow for the scroll bar. You should see a little green "Top" tag. It moves with you up and down the thread, so you can always see it.

And yes, "Reply to All" at the bottom of the thread has been requested by a number of people.

@DrewDad,
Wow, that "top" is small. I missed that. Thanks!

@DrewDad,
I believe that that "top" link only works for Firefox users.....I don't see that on IE7.

@maporsche,
Maporsche, it works for me and I don't have firefox. Does it show on your screen and still not work? (I had trouble finding it in the first place, but that was when the scroll bar was up at the very top.) I could stand to see it either larger or a bit darker in color (but then of course, I could change my screen view to Make Text Bigger.)

I would like it, if it's possible, if clicking on the title of a thread if you're already in it would bring you to its opening page...

Okay, I just realized one other thing that is bugging me. This is such an active board with so many members, new posts are being entered almost constantly and this moves everything below the new one down in the queue. As there can be some time between posts on even an active thread, a thread can be buried three, four, five or more pages deep before the next post is entered. I imagine not too many folks checking in will look for 'new posts' beyond the first two or three pages. This was not that much of a problem when threads were categorized among all the various forums on the old site.

Of course we can keep up with it better through 'my tags', but only the really fast moving threads are likely to attract members to make their first post there--many other really good threads will not be attracting members to make a post on that thread because they will usually be buried deep in the queue.

Don't know what might be done about this - or whether anything should be done - but just another observation to toss into the stew.

@nimh,
There's a link a for that in the breadcrumbs a few millimeters away, did you mean in addition to that?

Yeah, that tag should be reserved for the gun fetishist threads.

@Robert Gentel,
I wish we could have at the bottom of the post an option to upload pictures
directly onto the site. Something like this...

It would be so much easier then using imageshack or other hosts...

@CalamityJane,
I can see both technical and legal barriers to that.

The technical challenge surrounds storage space; imageshack and photobucket resize images as they're uploaded in order to conserve disk space.

The legal barrier would be liability over copyright and inappropriate images.

In other words, Craven and Nick should focus on their core expertise.
