drewdad,
I wasnt helping you do anything.
I was responding to this comment of yours...

Do you realize how stupid that statement of yours is?

Er...
Shadow of the Hegemon?
Stung on the Hand?
Stuck on the Horse?
Strapped Out; Tithed Heavily?

Er... You're advocating everyone getting medals for doing their job? Wouldn't that dilute the honor of getting a medal?
I don't see how. In most American workplaces, they give out awards for failure. Anybody with a "Chairman's Award" on their desk must have fu*ked up really bad.
The starting of this thread is another example of some on this forum wanting Bush to be the issue, but it isn't flying. America, deep down, knows Bush is a decent man. This election continues to shape up as a referendum on Obama.
Who is Obama?

He who laughs last laughs best, Gus.
Bush is a decent man. Certainly a cut above the Clintons, Obama, the Edwards of the world, what a desperate motley group of lawyer schisters you have Gus. I would at least buy a used car from Bush, not something I would attempt with your group of slicksters.
I almost feel like apologizing for grouping Obama with the Clintons or Edwards. Sorry, Barack, I am feeling bad that you have found yourself in such a pathetic group of politicians.

I didnt say that.
You asked WHY people should get a medal for doing their job.
I am trying to answer that.

You don't seem to be trying very hard.

President Bush has done an outstanding job of protecting this country
from any additional terrorist attacks and that is worthy of a medal.
If you disagree, then maybe you would prefer more bloodshed on our soil.
H20Man, excuse me - I'm not up on all the details. HOW exactly has Bush protected your country from additional terrorist attacks? Just because there haven't been any proven ones lately?
McGentrix wrote:DrewDad wrote:Without weighing in on whether it should happen or not, I don't think it's a case of if Bush will be charged with murder, but how long will it take after he leaves office.
Unless the incoming Pres gives him a blanket pardon, of course. Which would be kinda interesting in and of itself.
So, on one hand you say the President shouldn't be given a medal for doing his job, yet on the other hand you say he should be prosecuted for doing his job... That just doesn't make sense. But Bush hatred has never made much sense.
It pains me to think that an Irishman can be this stupid.
It pains me to think that our country is full of traitorous enemy loving Democraps. Bush has balls. You have none.
Just try and grow a pair. Betcha can't.

I think you meant "traitorous, enemy-loving Democraps." This doesn't improve the content from an information-theory standpoint, but at least it makes it readable.
You're a comma waiting to happen.
Bush is pretty upset that the Russian invasion of Georgia has interfered with his enjoyment of the Olympics. He commented that he will not tolerate Russia invading any part of the USA.
