I don't see how. In most American workplaces, they give out awards for failure. Anybody with a "Chairman's Award" on their desk must have fu*ked up really bad.

Bush is pretty upset that the Russian invasion of Georgia has interfered with his enjoyment of the Olympics. He commented that he will not tolerate Russia invading any part of the USA.
