Here are two sentences. 1. Welcome you to our school.
2. welcome to our school. which one is right? and why?

The second sentence is the correct one.

In the first sentence, welcome (you) is used as a verb, and the sentence is missing the personal pronoun "I" before the verb, so that sentence is wrong.

"I welcome you to our school" would be correct.

In the second sentence, "welcome" is used as a greeting, correctly.
