Answer the 20 questions below *without* heading to Google, Wikipedia. (We'll have to use the honor system here!). Go ahead - show us how closely you follow national security news. Or learn something new. We'll post the answers on Thursday.

Joe Nation asked: There's one hundred and ninety two members of the UN? Holy Cow? Let's have a quiz to name thirty countries which are NOT members.
I can immediately recall at least two that may not be considered to be nations:
Taiwan
In 1971 the People's Republic of China (mainland China) replaced Taiwan (also known as the Republic of China) in the United Nations.
Vatican City / The Holy See
The independent papal state of 771 people (including the Pope) was created in 1929. They have not chosen to become part of the international organization.

Back in the late sixties, I was having a conversation with a Texan.
He was saying as to how we should make Texas a country and then get it into the UN so that there would be another free country vote on the side of the USA.
I asked him how he knew that Texas would always vote on the side of the USA?
Joe(that shut him up)Nation
