Obama's tiny bounce has been adjusted back down to a 3
point lead of McCain and his lead is shrinking once again.

I think the boy needs some Viagra to keep his numbers up.

Three point is three points regardless. I would have surprised if the bounce you claimed didn't exist didn't bounce back down again.

Anyway:

IMHO McCain would lose the election even if he ran unopposed.

I donr know if it really means anything in the long run, but this is interesting...

http://blogs.usatoday.com/onpolitics/2008/07/gains-for-mccai.html

Quote:
Republican presidential candidate John McCain moved from being behind by 6 points among "likely" voters a month ago to a 4-point lead over Democrat Barack Obama among that group in the latest USA TODAY/Gallup Poll. McCain still trails slightly among the broader universe of "registered" voters. By both measures, the race is tight.

The Friday-Sunday poll, mostly conducted as Obama was returning from his much-publicized overseas trip and released just this hour, shows McCain now ahead 49%-45% among voters that Gallup believes are most likely to go to the polls in November. In late June, he was behind among likely voters, 50%-44%.

Among registered voters, McCain still trails Obama, but by less. He is behind by 3 percentage points in the new poll (47%-44%) vs. a 6-point disadvantage (48%-42%) in late June.

So while McCain still trails, it does seem that he is narrowing the gap some.

Having said that, I will add a disclaimer.
I find polls interesting, but essentially meaningless in the long run.
I have said that before, and I stand by it now.

Roxxxy,
Why is it that almost everyone that disagrees with you is a "closet queer"?
Isnt it possible that they actually disagree with you on philosophical grounds, or have legitimate differences of opinion?

Why is it that almost every argument you make is a straw man? Clearly, not everyone who disagrees with me is a closet queer. But it is not my fault that so many conservative men are repressed homosexuals and so many of them post here.

More likely it's because one of his counselors taught him to believe he was normal. Therefore, in order to cope, Roxxxanne must now belittle/insult and bring to his level of sexual immaturity anyone that Roxxxanne might find attractive, though unattainable. Secretly, Roxxxanne wants to be with a real conservative man like cjhsa but Roxxxanne knows that no real man would ever be caught dead with him.

It's sad really how drugs and alcohol can ruin a person's life. But, everyone copes differently.

The most wonderful thing about Tiggers,
is Tiggers are wonderful things.
Their tops are made out of rubber,
their bottoms are made out of springs.
They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy,
Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is,
I'm the only one.
Oh, III'm the only one!

Oh, the wonderful thing about Tiggers is,
Tiggers are wonderful chaps.
They're loaded with vim and vigor.
They love to leap in your lap.
They're jumpy, bumpy, clumpy, thumpy,
Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is ...
III'm the only one!

3 weeks till the election and I thought Id seek out this old thread, which, in July was so full of hope for Gramps and his bimbeena. What do we know now?
One more "debate" lets see if anyone recieves a "bounce" from that.
