This is trial and error here, to meet again in new art chat at a new time.
I am not so sure of the relative hours. Let's start though with NY at 3pm, and see how it works.
The art chat is every sunday. Sometimes we even cover actual topics, but mostly we catch up and how we are and what we are doing. Once this gets going, we'll post topics.
Osso, I would be sorry to see the Sunday 8 pm
chat discontinued. It is a time which suits many of us in North America. How about creating an additional chat Sun 3pm for those interested?
I still haven't figured out how to get to the chat.
Hello, Shepaints, haven't seen you in a long time. The chats have been sparely attended recently, very sparely. I have been present for at least some time in most of them, basically waiting while my computer sat still on the chat page. I used to do that for a half hour or 45 minutes, and started giving up earlier and earlier.
People who did participate once in a while were busy, and people who are relatively prolific posters on art like Vivien couldn't chat because it was for them in the middle of the night.
Sure, we could have more than one time.
I don't know if I can get in the chat room here either, thought we could try it.
osso....I assume the chat room is open at any time to those interested in chatting?
I wonder how many have difficulty in accessing
the site? I could only access through explorer and
was not able to get on the site for many months.
New computer has solved that problem!
could you post a link to the chat on this thread?
Ah well, I can't get into the chatroom either. So it goes...
I think it takes a long time to load, but even after waiting, I just get a set of signs on the upper left that don't click through. But - others on able2know are able to get into it.
I don't know how to do that, Portal. Only way I know to go to chatroom is look at Home (see the upper right of this page), look under your description where your avatar is, and
down at the list there, and you will find Chat Room. Click on it....
Hmm. I could enter the chat room(although it was 8 pm UK summer time :wink: ), no difficulties.

I can't get into the chat room using ehBeth. I can however, change my id to letty, cavfancier, eh, ehb, or beth and get in that way. Odd.
beth is there dancing by herself right now while she tries to figure out if she likes this new fresh pasta - cheese tortellini.
ha - tricked it - it'll take ehbeth
