What makes your gun safer than someone else's?
It's (actually, they are) a long rifle with a trigger lock on it; it's safer then a lot of gun nut's guns are.
But, let me ask you, at what point did I claim my gun was safer then someone else's?

You seem to have no problem asserting your own right to own a gun, but of others you aren't so sure they deserve it.
Is it the gun, or the 'gun nut' you fear?
If you owned an Uzi, would your neighborhood be less safe?
Or would there be no change because you are not a 'gun nut' ?
If it's just the 'gun nut', then isn't it true that they could be dangerous even if they owned a gun and lock identical to yours?
So should your gun be illegal , lest it fall into the hands of a 'gun nut' ?
