I need your help again.

"How have the band taken England by storm in just a few months? Its not having scruples explain Malcolm Young."

This is a quote from the article on some music magazine and I don't understand what the second sentence means.
Would you explain to me?

Thanks in advance.

I will venture a guess in answering.

To me it means they didn't have a qualm about it, it didn't matter, they thought it was okay.

"It's not having scruples," explained Malcolm Young."

Young meant that the band was able to "take England by storm" because they acted quickly, maybe recklessly, and did whatever they had to do to make that happen.

Thank you both.
Now I get it, I was a little confused because the sentence is kind of a broken.
Anyway, thank you so much for your time and help.
