Peace!
I believe, peaceful marriage need righteousness and compatibility. In some cases people deceive each other. More women are opperessed. Question of like or dislike should be sorted out before marriage take place. Decency requires that it should be honored.
If parents take good care of children in terms of teaching them to keep upper hand for spiritual well being with their own example, then children can stand against the ills of time according to holy Ahmadiyya muslim caliph. Divine education covers the topics of proper covering of body to other aspects of life and best time to teach these is at very young age. If both parents have to work then very special care should be given to children's spiritual uplift.
For proper results, striving is needed. Allah says in Quran:
And for those who strive in Our path - We will surely guide them in Our ways. And verily Allah is with those who do good. [ ch 29 , v-70]
Why is it that proper covering of the body seems so one sided? Non Muslim (not just Christian, but other nations) have shown that Islam is flat out wrong on this subject - men can control their 'urges', and women aren't bad/evil/sinful for dressing comfortably. In many native tribes/villages, including my mothers, the women don't even wear anything covering their breasts, yet the society seems to function fine.
Marital Harmony is about much more than religion.

1= The holy Quran says about dress in general:
O children of Adam, we have indeed sent down to you raiment to cover your shame, and to be an elegant dress; but the raiment of righteousness - that is the best. That is one of the signs of Allah, that they may remember. (chapter 7:verse 27)
2= Please type words " christain women dress bible " and " jews women dress torah" in google etc search. There are also guide lines for women dresses.
3= Islam is final stage in religious evolution; it completed all subjects.
4= By your argument, some African tribes who do not wear anything can say to you, look you cover lower body parts only.You are wrong we are right as we we do not wear anything and we enjoy harmony "Marital Harmony is about much more than you".
Haven't I asked this before, but who is Al and why do you love him so?
