How else can Jefferson 's election be considered a revolution?

That implies that his election has been identified as a revolution on some other basis already.

When you post your homework questions, it's probably a good idea to camouflage them somewhat. Most people around here aren't interested in doing your homework for you.

Perhaps you could explain how it is that your teacher has already characterized Jefferson's election to you as a revolution, so that people will know what they have to work with.
