can anyone help me translate a few words into latin?

hey everyone...i'm new here. i don't know exactly how it works, so i'll just jump in. i want to get the phrase "everything matters, nothing matters" translated into latin. thanks!

There are several people here who can do your translation for you, but the workhorse is George, and he is kept very busy, and might miss your thread.
