Change might be a very good thing. I always feel less pressured when transition times are in the summer rather than in the winter.

You're right about change and having it take place this time of year, Noddy. I'm slowly trying to process this and to just leave the position. They're so young and "worry-free" (which loosely reads, they do a lot of drugs to deal with their lives).
