2.made of/made from

"I can" means the same as "I am able to...", but is less formal, and more general in use.

2.made of/made from

these are pretty much interchangeable in normal usage

3.in time/on time

"I hope we can get there in time! (by a certain time, eg when the train leaves)

"The ship was completed on time and within budget" That is, it was built within the time alotted, to programme/program

This could take pages and pages to explain, Gingko and in fact it does, in any good grammar.
