Ontolology (existence) and epistemology (knowledge) are inseparable. An extension of this non-dualist position is that all "things" imply a "thinger". Things and observers are mutually co-existent. There is no "reality" independent of this co-existence. In as much that we take "observers" to species or culture specific, each is involved in its own "reality". So "trees" may not "exist as such" for "birds"....perhaps "perchfulness" instead etc. Only by evoking an "ultimate observer" or "God" can "reality" be ontologically independent of other observers.

No, reality and perception are independent or mutually exclusive of each other. One's consciousness has no connection to another's existence. One's awareness is contingent on the ability of their five senses, the totality of the conscious state of that individual. Without one's five senses, they are in a world of their own consciousness, having no connection to reality.

I will sum up my perception of Jenifer's views up to this point.

This (according to your feedback) is the origin and implications of your theory.

REALITY > HUMAN NATURE > RIGHTS > MORALS

This, however, is what I see.

REALITY X HUMAN NATURE > RIGHTS > MORALS

Reality and human nature simply don't match up, due to several inconsistencies.

However, you exclude a great number of individuals (who are criminals and/or jews from your standpoint) to try to make this theory acceptable. Let me tell you something, not all humans fall under your concensus, and many times for good reasons. Yet you feel their exclusion makes your theory more plausible (this being the 'convenience' I spoke of in my first post).

You think that you have the rest of humanity on a leash from your enlightened views. Regardless of how secure you think our chain is, the stake holding it together (reality) is loose, and that is why people you thought you were above nip your heels at these forums.

In short, polish up on your understanding of reality before trolling in these forums.
