I'm not sure I believe in all this cholesterol stuff.
My grandfather died at 92 with a cholesterol of 320. He had a lifetime accumulation of chicken fat, sausage, eggs and steaks. My girlfriend's husband was a vegetarian, marathon runner who died of heart attack while mowing the lawn at the age of 52. At the funeral, she just kept saying how good his last blood work looked. I think he ate too many of those General Foods power bars held together with fake fat.
