There has been considerable evolution toward Obama's version since 1937's so-called "living constitution".
There has been considerable devolution from the Declaration of Independence's version since 1937's so-called "living constitution".
Obama's version is leading toward totalitarian governance of America. Instead, we should return to the Declaration's version together with the legally adopted and amended version of our republic's Constitution. That will lead to preservation of the rights of individual Americans to equal rights to LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, but not to equal rights to the
same life, the
same property, and the
same happiness.
Osama's version is the version preferred by those ENVIOUS of the accomplishments of others and wanting to limit them. America's original version is preferred by those ROOTING for all to become the best we can be and wanting to free them to do so.
I like America's original version much, much ... much better!
