Sue and Bill Gross = Sue Gross (wife) and Bill Gross (husband)?

In this particular case, yes.
but, they could have been siblings, or related in some other way.
If they had been 2 people whose last name happened to be Gross, but no relation, I suppose they would have called it the Sue Gross and Bill Gross Center.
