Jimmy Carter is arguably our worst president and a legitimate candidate for all-time super loser in the same sense that Chuck Darwin and Karl Marx are, i.e. the guy whose ****ed ideas have caused the most real harm in the world for no rational reason. His most major accomplishments in life are the present situations in Iran and Rhodesia, and having Chinese companies controlling the Panama canal.

I experienced the same puzzlement as you did, Joe, at least initially . . . but then, to my horror, i realized that i am familiar enough with what passes for a thought process at Gunga Din's house that i knew to whom he referred.
This suggests to me that i have read entirely too many of Gunga Din's posts, and need to take a long break.
