Complaints from conservatives about nastiness from opponents -- especially toward Presidents -- should be confined to the JOKES section.
But apparently they cannot see that.
And they also have ignored the latestest polls where that so-called fringe group is more than half the voting public not wanting Bush to be re-elected. Curious that the fringe group is in the millions!

it's ironic that people want to think that being part of the mainstream followers is uncool AND that being iconoclastic is.
It's just a value-laden label. There are people here from both political camps that are fringe.
