All I need is :

Fall on your knees

I believe the equivalent Latin phrase would be:
Genua curva (if addressing one person)
Genua curvate (if addressing more than one person)

Literally, this means "bend your knees"

A literal translation of "Fall on your knees" would be:
In genibus cade (if addressing one person)
In genibus cadite (if addressing more than one person)
