Do you remember a few years ago when that DC city councilman was forced to resign for using the word "niggardly".
Even though he used it correctly, he was called a racist and attacked by many members of the black community that immediately assumed it was a racist term.
I cant help but wonder why so many people immediately assume any term they dont like or know the meaning of is racist.
