Can't Clinton devotees even come up with an original joke?

Preferably the senior watch officer at the White House communications center.
That person will then decide if the President needs to be awakened.

why bother? most of barak's supporters still wouldn't laff...

i have not much of a problem at all with obama; i'll vote for him if and when he's the nominee.

but many of his supporters are proving to be every bit as zealotous and intolerant of other views as any bunch that ol' rove could ever put together.

but like carvel said the other day.. the stuff that clinton's campaign has thrown at him is powder puff next to what the gop is gonna dish out to him if he gets the nomination.

best toughin' up the ol' epidermis there... Laughing

DTOM... come join the rejects from the liberal club because we don't genuflect properly for Obama and are blasphemous enough to believe he's just a man... I have been turned out to wander in the desert by many who used to be at the least my friendly acquaintances.... I have a sackcloth here that looks as though it might fit you... 42 regular is it?

It's 3 AM
The fear is gone
I'm sittin' here waiting - the gun's still warm
Thinking my connection is tired of taking chances

Yeah, there's a storm on the loose, sirens in my head
Wrapped up in silence, all circuits are dead
Cannot decode - my whole life spins into a frenzy

Help, I'm stepping into the Twilight Zone
The place is a mad-house, feels like being cloned
My beacon's been moved under moon and star
Where am I to go now that I've gone too far
Soon you will come to know
When the bullet hits the bone
Soon you will come to know
When the bullet hits the bone

I'm fallin' down a spiral, destination unknown
A double cross messenger, all alone
Can't get no connection, can't get through, where are you

Well the night weighs heavy on his guilty mind
This far from the border line
And when the hitman comes
He knows damn well he has been cheated
And he says

Help, I'm stepping into the Twilight Zone
The place is a mad-house, feels like being cloned
My beacon's been moved under moon and star
Where am I to go now that I've gone too far
Soon you will come to know
When the bullet hits the bone
Soon you will come to know
When the bullet hits the bone

great song, set.

howz 'bout;

Quote:

The telephone is ringing
You got me on the run
I'm driving in my car now
Anticipating fun
I'm driving right up to you, babe
I guess that you couldn't see, yeah yeah
But you under my wheels
Why don't you let me be

'Cause when you call me on the telephone
Saying take me to the show
And then I say, honey, I just can't go
Old lady sends me packing leaving home

The telephone is ringing
You got me on the run
I'm driving in my car now
I got you under my wheels
I got you under my wheels
I got you under my wheels
Yeah yeah
I got you under my wheels
Yeah yeah
I got you under my wheels

The telephone is ringing
You got me on the run
I'm driving in my car now
Anticipating fun
I'm driving right up to you, babe
I guess you that couldn't see, yeah yeah
But you was under my wheels, honey
Why don't you let me be, yeah yeah
I got you under my wheels
I got you under my wheels
I got you under my wheels
Yeah yeah

It took a couple of seconds to get, but that is funny.

I think for e-brown, the first time he saw it he had trouble finding the humor, but within the context of A2K, it's hardly an image that has been overplayed.

Now, should we see this image ad nauseum for the next few months, let alone years, it will lose its humor, but it's far too soon for that.

There is so much about politics in 2008 that I find interesting. It's been a great year so far and it's only April!

It will be of further interest to see what happens with this schism among A2K liberals.

I have no doubt that when Obama receives the nomination of his party, the Obama supporters will welcome back, with open arms and soothing assurances, the Clinton supports from out of the desert to which they have been exiled. What will be interesting is whether or not the Clinton supporters fall into their open arms, weeping with relief and gratitude, or tell them all to chew the proverbial bone.

how about those of us with any balls at all just dispense with the proverbial horseshit and tell them to kiss our asses and slip in the tongue?

McCain! Rock-and-roll ass kicker par excellence. Let the senate debate squalid socialist affairs, if there's to be one head of state let it be one who can make the call.

I was just pointing out that this joke is just a hack rehash of a photoshopped bush picture (it seems my original link got yukked).

Try again

It was a little funny the first time.
