Winter is lovely here - except for the bit where it's cold. We just say it doesn't get really cold in Sydney - so don't heat our houses at all! Outside, with a jacket, it's terrific.

Talking to a guy from this ad.... hoping nimh happens by and will know what kind of area this is. It seems to be near a big park and close to the see, which I like.

Without being really certain, it seems that the windows in those apartments face either east or west - which means they are probably quite sunny with either morning or afternoon sun.

Oh! Well, one side you might be able to see the beach and get some afternoon sun, the other side you'd have more and more gentle sun in the morning and better sun in the winter. Maybe.

Hey. Just saw this pop up when I did a search for my name. I'm going to sleep now, but you asked me for info earlier in the What made you smile today thread, so I had answered there at some length. In two successive posts, on page 724/725. I'd been wondering whether it had been of any use at all.

Ah, OK, i'll look. I've been overwhelmed lately-- bombarded by emails with links, suggestions, and such, so i've been actively hiding and avoiding. But I'll look once my chapters (2) are written and submitted.

Laan van Meerdevoort. Funny. That's where my office is. It's a looong street though, as I found out, but still. That's a great price for that area, too.

Actually, I could drive up there, look at various places, talk to people/owners and take photos ... if it just wasn't THIS AUGUST (no time for such excursions at all).
