Fortune magazine recently put out their list of the the 50 most powerful women in business. It's so neat to see these ladies, like PepsiCo's CEO Indra Nooyi, recognized for being great leaders and role models. They are all women to look up to.

This is also a great list! There are a lot of similar women profiled on each like Angela Braly, Anne Mulcahy and many others. I love reading about the accomplishments of each of them. Indra Nooyi specifically stands out to me - she's really changed the image of PepsiCo not only by the healthier products the company is making but also its commitment to its employees. It's really something!
