Export tax rebate; export tax drawback; export tax refund.

Which one of the above term do you prefer?

each has a separate meaning fansy.

Export tax rebate.
a return of part of the original payment

export tax refund.
I would expect refund to apply to a case where the whole amount is refunded (as opposed to only a partial amount).

drawback is what I would call a "weasel word" or "office speak" and probably should not be used.
