"I could not care less" - this suggests that you are entirely indifferent regardless of the circumstances.
"I could not care more" - this also may suggest that you are entirely indifferent regardless of the circumstances, if there is nothing that could make you care some amount more than not at all.

Somehow, "I couldn't care less" seems to mean "I could care less" in common usage.
I don't give a ****, means I don't care at all.
I give a ****? also means I don't care at all.
She's hot.
She's cool.
She's good.
She's bad.
