Sarah Palin!

The ex-boyfriend of Sarah Palin’s daughter has labelled the former Governor of Alaska a lazy mother who takes long baths and watches TV while “the kids do it all " cook, clean, do the laundry, get themselves ready for school...”

If Sarah Palin has managed to train her children to do all that, she is not only fit to run for president, she can rule the world.

But wait, actually now she is at first making loads of money by capitalizing on her fifteen minutes of fame.

@Rockhead,
Sarah Palin has not retired!

Sarah Palin retired from being the governor of Alaska.

The primary reason for her retirement were the mounting costs of defending herself against the Obamaite false acccusations. By retiring she could lawfully accept donations to help her pay for her defenses.

She is currently giving speeches.

That question right there tells me that you couldn't even be bothered to read the Factcheck.org analysis.

I certainly read the one the Parents' Right group was responding to. I don't read everything Factcheck.org prints. Do you?

Yes, I have lots of evidence--growing all the time--to back up all of my opinions. That evidence will become more evident with each passing day.

Do you have any evidence to back up your opinions?

Yeah, I do: people keep paying their taxes, voting incumbents who approve of redistributive taxation back into office, and NOT calling for the impeachment of Obama. It is fair to say that our entire society has chosen to support the idea of redistributive taxation, and each year approves of this fact when they pay their taxes.

You have no evidence that any majority, let alone a 'growing' group of people, agree with you on these issues. You say that this evidence will become 'more evident' every day. Well, why isn't it evident right now? Because it doesn't exist.

No need to read everything Factcheck prints. If you actually read the article - the one linked to by the 'Conservatives for Patients' Rights' group -, you would have noticed that Factcheck added the rebuttal to CPR to the bottom of the article.

Yes it does. The Foundation itself does not appoint any heads but it does approve that the baord of directors and projects meet their criteria. We know what William Ayers founded the CAC and he received the initial funding from the Foundation. There is still some question just how an inexperienced lawyer with little or no administrative experience was chosen to head it up.

Sorry, but no, it doesn't. Dropping toxic names into the discussion doesn't change that fact. Obama is not "one of their own" simply because he presided over the board of an educational foundation that received a grant from the Annenberg Foundation any more than I'm "one of their own" to the Girl Scouts for being a cookie mom. As to your "question", it's answered in the wikipedia article.

Quote:

I've already given my analysis which prompted this whole line of discussion. Maybe if you gave yours, we would see how mine was apparently wanting?

I think the word "analysis" means something different to you than it does to me.

Quote:

Perhaps, but I've never in my lifetime seen a President who changed his story as seamlessly as this President does and who governs as differently from his campaign rhetoric as this President governs. It would be bad enough if he was just inexperienced, naive, and gullible and really believed governing would be as easy as campaigning. But I won't forgive being played for an inexperienced, naive, and gullible fool by that same person.

Well, I quite disagree. He said multiple times that there were no easy solutions to our problems and that it wouldn't get done over night. He was very clear on how difficult it would be. He's backed away from some things that I wish he wouldn't have, but I've seen no drastic swing from his campaign platform.

So, wait, you think Obama played you for an inexperienced, naive, and gullible fool? I thought you voted for McCain. What did Obama promise you that you believe he will not deliver?

Quote:

I certainly think the 52% of voters who voted for Obama voters were Obama voters, yes.
No, offense, but that isn't what you said.
Quote:
Based on the freefall in his approval ratings, I would guess that substantially less than 52% of those same voters would vote for him again if they had a second chance.

Perhaps so. But I doubt that they would give their vote to your party, and I doubt that they see him as some sort of "Marxist-tinged" socialist.

@Cycloptichorn,
There is a rapidly increasing number of people who are not paying their income taxes. Frequently advertising on TV are people who claim that according to current temporary IRS rules they can negotiate with the IRS to drastically reduce one's tax liabilities. Many of the testimonials to that ability have reported huge tax savings.

Yes, I have evidence that a growing majority, agrees with me on these issues. I do not choose to make that evidence available now for strategic reasons.

Watch the Sept 12 DC Tea Party on Fox News to start to get a clue about what is truly going on among your countrymen regarding Obama's actions and sweet talk.

Oh, my god. This is your evidence? Is it possible you are this ******* stupid?

... with those strategic reasons being 'revealing my lack of evidence would be disastrous to my argument,' and 'maybe if I act coy he'll stop pushing me to back up my statements.'

Fat chance, pops.

Sure. I have a great deal of admiration and respect for Sarah. I don't know if she is the right person for high office, but as inexperienced as she is, if she was President instead of Barack Obama, she would probably be making mistakes, but we wouldn't be having anywhere near the problems that we are currently having.

Man, I couldn't agree more; if Palin were president, our problems wouldn't be anywhere near what we are currently experiencing.

Probably, our problems would look more like this:

if she was President EVER it would demonstrate that the majority of voting Americans had lost their collective minds and we would have gotten precisely what we deserve. A moronic leader leading a moronic populace.

And, shortly after the election, President Palin would quit --- I mean, retire early -- from the presidency in order to capitalize on the publicity and get a multi-million dollar book deal.
