Why do people accept Barack Obama as African-American?

Obama donated $22,000 to his church this past season.

Must be nice to have that kind of dough!

What's your point? Should someone begrudge him having that money???
I don't begrudge him having that money, nor do I begrudge him doing what he wants with it. It's his money!

Miller, perhaps, you would like to give us Hillary's positive points?

A visit to that section of the SouthSide of Chicago could be enlightening to you.

Can you just say what you are obliquely alluding to. I don't know Chicago, so you need to be specific.

Yeah, well, I grew up within commuting distance of NYC and Philadelphia -(just north or Princeton) so we were really lucky - we got the NYC and Philly stations (network- there was no such thing as cable back then).

I just keep thinking that I'm missing your point....Do you have one? And if you do, can you tell me exactly it is again?
Thank you.

It is: that at this point in this thread, I believe, discussing New Jersey, New York, or any other part of the tri-state area is more interesting than the original thought (I had) about Obama.

Laughing Laughing Oh- okay- I can discuss NJ till the cows come home. As much as I would never want to live there again - I have to say- I LOVED growing up there...but it looks like you guys are back onto politics.

Maybe you should make a NJ/NY/Philadelphia thread....
