They've moved to Spain for three years.

Is the sentence correct? If it isn't, could you please rephrase it?

No, that's not correct.

It should be either:

"They've lived in Spain for three years."

or

"They moved to Spain three years ago."

It is perfectly correct if you mean "They have gone to live in Spain for the next three years".
