Tai Chi is good for our health and improves blood circulation.

Are the words in bold correctly used? Have I left out any word/s in the sentence?

Many thanks.

correct phrasing
Jogging is good for youngsters but not for the elderly,, for whom walking is suitable/recommended.

Which word should I use? Is there a better word? Can the sentence be better phrased?

Many thanks.

1. Yes, fine

2. I would tend to say "more suitable". Recommended on its own is fine.
