Should have said that in the first place rather than loading all snobbish crap onto Flaja when he asked a question about politics in the political forum.

That's not the impression that you gave before.

it was reported on virtually every news show on cable, form Hardball to the Situation Room to Countdown to ...and agin,

When? Like I have already said, if my TV is on it is usually on a news station. If this story had been discussed earlier than when I saw it I would have likely seen it before I did. So just what is your beef with me on this issue? I cannot help if your party is about to implode.

if y9u don't know who Roger Simon is, you shouldn't be commenting on politics.

Why? What makes this Simon character so important?

And that last comment is the reason so many do not participate in the political forum. You cite cable TV as the oracle of political information. Not everyone has access to or can afford cable TV. If people have questions about politics, like Flaja did, where are they supposed to ask them, in the Food forum?

I don't know who Roger (Imabigshotinmyownmind) whatshisname is either, and I don't care who he is. I wouldn't rely on him for info about the convention delegates no matter who he is. I'd go to the source and read the info contained in the Convention Rules found on the DNC website and make up my own mind rather than depend on some cable TV News entertainer to tell me what to think about it.

Good post. I had no idea who this guy was either (still don't), and I'm not going to waste my time looking.

Listen to the message, not the messenger.

Roxxxanne will never learn.

You don't have to have cable TV to know who Roger Simon is. Just go to politco.com. He is one of the most respected political journalists in the country. And Roger Simon is the one who broke the story.

You are assuming that most Americans have internet access, or that they would use someone like Simon as a source of news if they did. This is ignorance on your part and it shows just how out of touch you are with the American mainstream. Never having heard of Simon before I had no way of knowing of his internet activities, nor would I have known to go to him for breaking news since I had no way of knowing that news was about to be broken.

Cyclo, he gets his information form "hearing" it. Why should he actually get the info first hand when he can listen to BOR, Limbaugh and Laura Ingraham on the radio? The ignorance of the electorate these days is alarming.

Your arrogance is quite annoying and disrespectful.

The concept of "committed delegates" has been misreported for years and many so called experts were unfamiliar.

Only the true GEEKS like you would "fake" knowing this before the article was written.

You are the same person who when I asked you directly WHY you say McCain has no chance, your response was "LOL".

I think you owe FLAJA an apology.

The Roger Simon story was widely reported, only an ignoramus would not have known the source and the details of this story. If the fact that I am light years more knowledgeable than you or the flajas of the world makes me a geek, than I am a geek.

I don't have to apologize for your or flaja's ignorance.

If you are SO KNOWLEDGABLE, why is it that you are unable or unwilling to express an opinion as to "WHY MCCAIN HAS NO CHANCE?

People like you more than likely "fake" knowledge by avoiding direct question and or trying to demean others. You are quite transparent.
