Oh you naughty girl Izzie, talking about my pecker on a Sunday morning. I'm not used to such a bawdy outburst from a usually preen, prim and priggish English lady. Maybe the after effects of to many Bailey's on Saturday were to blame?

Good Morning...I bet I get no nap today Izzie. The fellows have decided to go up to the park and have a picnic. It's been such perfect weather it's hard not to say yes...who knows though...I may be able to curl up under a tree with a book and read a bit. Depends on if the Prof. lets them get in the creek. It gets nice and warm during the day. My thoughts are that it's not a good idea...but those boys...once they get a thought in their heads it's hard to keep them from acting...so I will stand by with the towels and such...

have had one of those hmmmmmmmmmmmmm days - too much thinking so had to pick up my lens and sit quiet for a while, for a long while.

S-boy is really struggling - he's a little poorly and has a nasty cough (getting worse now Tulip, he's barking! ) and a temperature - he's been asleep thisavo but he's now all wrapped up in a fleecy blanket and sitting beside me watching 007.


So, was taking pics of blues, great's and a nuthatch - was too cold to sit outside so had to take them thru a rather yukky window, so they're a little blurry... but hey ho.

Izzie beautiful bird pictures. They are so close and clear I'd like to reach my finger out and gently touch.

I'm at work. Just finished up with a huge mound of paperwork...it feels so good to have that weight off my shoulders {sigh of relief} . Gotta go find something fun to do to enjoy the rest of the day!!

I have told you and told you - I think it is infinitely entertaining when you post late night after taking your sleeping potion. Don't stop on my account!

It was a wonderful day. The weather was perfect - about 75 degrees F. and we had a lovely picnic and played touch football (though I got called on holding several times ) then went and soaked our toots in the VERY cold water. No one got all wet. Thankfully. And then the Prof. and I got to read and watch the boys pound each other. They are such angels. I am tired. It's a good tired though...no complaints here.

G-baby asked me if he could have a free day tomorrow. Poor baby. Doesn't want to go to school. I don't blame him really. But we will up and do what we gotta'.

Brook - glad to hear you got to blow off some steam last night. I know - it's always hard to get back to it though...I feel the same way.

Stormy - glad you got your stuff done...hope you enjoyed the rest of your Sunday.

Dutchy - I guess you are waking up to a Monday morning...enjoy your walk ((Dutchy)).

rang the school bus at 7am and then followed thru with a ring to the school to find out a huge number of kids are off sick.... coughing.

oh deary me.

So, he's just had a hot bath with lots of steam and is now snuggled up in bed <cough bark cough bark cough> I'm hoping he's going to be able to get a little rest later on.

Just a virus - nuisance value. Sounds horrible and his head must be pounding. Bless that little fella.
