The meeting is being held in the honoured presence of our High Priest.

Is the part in bold correctly used? What I mean is that we are honoured to have our High Priest attend the meeting?

I think I would reword it at least as

This meeting is being held in the presence of our honoured high priest.

You might want to get rid of the passive tense...

We are holding this meeting in the presence of our honoured high priest.
