"To Google" is not in the dictionary. It means "to use the Google search engine to find information about a person or subject."

So your sentence means, "You meet someone, exchange telephone numbers, decide on a date to meet, then look up their name on the Internet and find out more about them." The number given is an approximation of the number of pages on the World Wide Web.
