Will there be an exam tomorrow?

1. Yes, there will.
2. Yes, there will be.
3. No, there won't.
4. No, there won't be.

Which sentences are correct? I think #1 and #3,

I think #'s 1 & 3 are right.

#2 and #4 is understandable, but they are probably breaking some nitpicky rule on English. I am sure an English major will answer you though.
