I wonder if anyone can help? I have barber shop scenes in my head which may be of my own invention but I think it is some sort of gangster film (maybe with Chaz Palmetto) set in the late 60's early 70's in New York. Is it Bronx Tale? Sorry if I'm talking nonsense.

I don't remember a barbershop scene in "A Bronx Tale". Only the bar scenes.
