Oldie - before 1960

The youngest brother stays home to take care of Ma and the farm when his three brothers join the Confederate Army. His brothers rob a Confederate train when Lee surrenders.

Hint:
The townsfolk were shocked when the boys came home. They thought they were killed in the war. One of the brothers was planning on asking the girl he left behind to marry him, but much to his dismay he finds out his younger brother married her three months earlier.

Not:

Birth of a Nation
The Great Train Robbery
The General
Jesse James

Yes to "Legends..." I hated her character. Did she reek havoc on that family or what?

Yes, she certainly did, but oh the men in her life. Very Happy

Newbie:

She wears the $4,000 sexy black dress that isn't hers. She asks her sister to cut her hair. She goes to the event and sits at the bar. A man immediately joins her and asks her to join him in a drink. She agrees provided he'll let her pay for her drink. He tells her it's an open bar.
