That stomach bug is horrible. We had our turn with it zooming through here.
I can recommend the little freezies of kiddies pedialyte. They do help things start to get rebalanced.
Avoid anything acidic like tomatoes or oranges right now. Your gut's not up to it. If there's any yogurt around, try it with plain toast tomorrow (nothing too healthy - white toast's best in this kind of circumstance). No cheese for another day or two. If you're really easy on your tummy now, it'll get a chance to recover sooner.
