Been sleeping the better part of the last 2 and a half days. Got a stomach virus that it just killing me. Made it out last night only because it had been planned for the majority of the week and I didn't want to bail on my friends.

But oy vey.... this thing is killing me. Been drinking a lot of water but can't seem to eat anything Sad

Or try some miso or chicken broth bases soups to get a little protein into one's diet as well.

Now a stomach bug on top of the rest!
Just take good care of yourself. Sleep as much as you can.
And tackle the rest when you're able. One thing at a time.
Don't worry about trying to eat if you're stomach is rebelling. Just keep up the water intake.

Well things with the ex are leveling out thankfully so that is one less thing on the plate Smile

It's hard to keep from eating when you have an empty stomach and it keeps growling at you when you pass the kitchen.

As for the rumbling tummy, why not take up Izzie's suggestion of dry toast? In small bursts, not a lot at once. Not very exciting, but it'll keep the hunger pangs at bay till you're able to eat something more substantial.
