What I like best is reading/to read.

Which word should I use or are both fine? If so, what is the difference in meaning?

Many thanks.

You should match verb forms, although in casual speech I doubt that anyone will notice!

What I like to do [infinitive] best is to read. [infinitive]
What I like doing [gerund] best is reading. [gerund]
