On the date when the U.S. Senate voted to (authorize? endorse? support?) the sending of U.S. troops to Iraq, were the U.N. inspectors in Iraq?

The question should address the aspirants of White house.
UNO according to the many consumers(= read consumers and not citizens) is a dead organization.
Ask the American people( super patriotic and a congenial critical persons) whether Iraq is a subject in their agenda before they use their franchaise.
