If I posted a question, and after a member replied, I still do not quite understand his/her explanation, can I say, "I would like to clarify."? Maybe the sentence "I want to clarify" is not good enough, could someone please rephrase it for me.

Many thanks.

"I would like to clarify" suggests that you're the one clearing things up. You can say instead, "I need clarification," or, "I need further clarification." You could also say, "That's not clear to me." Then explain what isn't clear.
