hey........
I have my mocks exams next week and I'm petrified of my stomach rumbling in the silent exams. it distracts me which means i fail my exams.
I have cold water with me but i cant always guarantee it will work.
I would have breakfast but I'm out the house at six and i feel sick eating in the morning.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
Coffee will definitely do it. Don't drink coffee that morning.
granola bars...(nibble a bit every once in a while)
potassium. Eat like a monkey.
I haven't a clue, they always have a long face though, while leaving an exam.
So do horses, maybe he should avoid a carrot and a sugar cube.
